As a DNOX System Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge powertrain systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of automotive technology.

Your Responsibilities:
  • System Design & Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware, software, and system functionalities for DNOX systems, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Interface Verification: Conduct thorough analysis and verification of interfaces between dosing modules, supply modules, and dosing control units, encompassing sensors, actuators, wiring harnesses, and communication protocols.
  • Technical Communication & Collaboration: Engage effectively with development departments, sales teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on component specifications, system specifications, and customer requirements.
  • System Testing & Validation: Execute comprehensive system function verification on test benches (Labcar, Engine) and in real-world vehicle environments. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports.
  • Customer Support & Education: Clearly explain DNOX control functions to customers, providing technical insights and addressing their inquiries.
  • System Documentation & Risk Management: Define system-specific data requirements and conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for Denoxtronic components.
  • Component Calibration & Diagnostics: Calibrate component drivers and perform error diagnosis to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Series Release Support: Contribute to the successful series release of ECU systems by supporting EMC measurements, End-of-Line (EOL) concept development, system release procedures, and series preparation activities.
Your Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with a strong technical background in automotive systems.

  • Master's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Excellent English language skills, enabling fluent communication of technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex technical relationships and their implications.
  • Proven team-working capabilities and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Broad technical knowledge encompassing electronics in automotive applications (microcontrollers, governors, software, sensors, actuators, embedded systems).
  • Strong understanding of complex systems integration involving software, hardware, and mechanical components.
  • Familiarity with measurement techniques and data analysis methodologies.
  • Experience in the development of vehicle powertrain systems is highly desirable.
  • Previous involvement in international development projects is a plus.
