We are seeking a highly skilled Search Supervisor to join our team at GroupM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing RTB campaigns, particularly for Red. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage RTB campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive campaign performance and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports to stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in search marketing, preferably with a focus on RTB campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEM and RTB platforms.
