Job Title: Chief Operating Officer Kistler China

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of Kistler China, a key market for our company. Your primary focus will be on implementing our China strategy, which aims to achieve profitable growth and establish Kistler China as a center of gravity for the Kistler Group.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all operations of the Operation Center China (OC), ensuring seamless customer interactions and effective strategy implementation.
  • Oversee local strategy implementation, driving top-line growth and profitability in China.
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with the Group's growth plans and priorities.
  • Lead the Operation Center, including Business Center, Sales, and Operations, to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure thorough information flow and understanding of the China market among OE's and BU's to facilitate global strategy development.
  • Localize Kistler products, aligning with the Group's strategies and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, channel partners, and sales strategies.
  • Manage sales by implementing and executing sales strategies, guidelines, and targets.
  • Ensure smooth communication and task execution among all teams within the OC and with the SPC.
Your Profile:
  • More than 10 years of experience in a multinational company, leading China operations or a China local CEO function with P&L responsibility.
  • Proven track record of generating profitable growth and successfully driving localization initiatives.
  • Global mentality and cultural awareness, with experience in Eastern and Western business environments.
  • High degree of integrity and loyalty, with excellent communication skills in Chinese and English (C1).
  • Customer-centricity, with the ability to build and maintain high-level customer networks.
  • Entrepreneurial personality, with a winning mentality and the ability to deliver agreed results.
  • Passion for technology, with experience working for companies with own technology and high-end products.
