Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Risk Officer to join our team at Crédit Agricole CIB. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining adequate Human Resources, participating in Business Continuity Planning, and attending various committees relevant to your Risk and Permanent Control function.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as the unique RPC representative in China, maintaining relationships with management and other departments, as well as third parties.
  2. Manage, supervise, and coordinate local RPC functions, including SCS, CAM, MAM, and PC, and review their reports to make necessary improvements.
  3. Maintain a high-quality portfolio and coordinate the implementation of CA-CIB projects in China.
  4. Report operational results, important contracts, financial situations, risk status, and business prospects to the Board of Directors on a regular basis.
  5. Be subject to the supervision of the Supervisor and provide regular information on operational results, important contracts, financial situations, risk status, and business prospects.
  6. Establish an internal control mechanism in accordance with PRC Laws and Regulations and ensure the safe and sound operation of the Bank.
  7. Select qualified personnel to manage business departments and branches, and monitor operational activities and business risks.
  8. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of relevant reports, including regulatory reports, and maintain high-quality data.
  9. Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal Compliance requirements, including the China Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures.
