Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Financial Leadership

Deliver strategic financial guidance and oversight for the company's operations. Ensure alignment with global financial strategies and compliance with regulations. Supervise all financial functions, including accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, and risk management. Collaborate with global finance teams to achieve financial objectives. Work closely with senior leadership to establish financial standards tailored to market needs. Drive improvements and digital transformation to enhance financial operations. Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.

· Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead the creation and implementation of financial plans to support strategic initiatives. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to maintain financial health. Prioritize finance projects and ensure their successful execution. Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial reports. Develop and manage the annual budget for the organization.

· Customer Financial Management

Analyze financial data to understand customer behavior and support sales operations. Formulate financial strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA or CPA preferred. At least 10 years of progressive experience in senior financial roles, including 5 years in a CFO or equivalent capacity. Experience in a multinational manufacturing context, with knowledge of both US and international markets. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels. Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
