Senior Specialist GBS R2R

The ideal candidate will support the team's overall efficiency by leveraging AI tools, creating automation tools, and identifying improvement opportunities. This role will also support the team on reporting and analysis through Power BI, PowerPoint, and other tools, including the creation of a monthly performance dashboard, daily management, and balance sheet analysis.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess EfficiencyThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting process improvement via automation (macro, VBA, etc.) for the GL operation team. They will also proactively identify efficiency improvement opportunities and lead the overall design and landing. Additionally, they will download efficiency initiatives from global teams and lead the landing in Dalian. Furthermore, they will introduce and share Dalian good practices with global teams and help global teams land in their site.
Performance DashboardThe ideal candidate will support the creation of the market monthly operation review dashboard. They will also support root cause analysis and action plans, as well as meeting minutes and follow-up.
Reporting and AnalysisThe successful candidate will support GL process analysis to identify productivity opportunities. They will also support GL automation analysis, root cause analysis, and improvement plans. Additionally, they will support global KPI/SLA creation, root cause analysis, and improvement plans.
Key RelationshipsThe ideal candidate will have strong relationships with team colleagues, superiors, colleagues connected via the process area in other parts of GBS, and business partner key contacts.
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesThe successful candidate will possess good accounting knowledge, good knowledge of AI tools, and good finance analysis skills to generate savings and pipeline opportunities with category insights. They will also have good skills in Power BI and be familiar with other visualization tools. Additionally, they will have excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications, including Advanced Excel, VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, and Office Script. They will also have experience with VBA-based process improvement and experience with RPA tools. Furthermore, they will have a strong mindset in process improvement and continuous efficiency, good team player skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and well-organized, and quick learner on new technology and new methodology on innovation. Finally, they will be fluent in English, spoken, listening, and written, and have a customer service mindset.
