Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Supply Chain Development Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our F&O department, you will be responsible for driving and executing strategic Supply Chain projects in Region China, ensuring their effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and execute strategic Supply Chain projects in Region China.
  • Contribute to the establishment and implementation of Region China S&OP process and evolution of Region China S&OE process.
  • Lead regional Supply Chain optimization and transformation projects, including continuous improvement on Region China Supply Chain network.
  • Support change management in Region China, ensuring best practice sharing across regions and contributing to the implementation of a continuous improvement mindset and system.
  • Sustain strong collaboration with stakeholders, including cross-functions in China, IO Supply Chain team, and PS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in supply chain, engineering, statistics, finance, or other relevant area.
  • Over 8 years of experience in supply chain, project management, or business development.
  • Strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans to optimize Supply Chain processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and solve complex Supply Chain challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
