Senior Formulation Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Scientist to lead our Derma Care team in the development of innovative skin health formulations. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for driving the innovation agenda, developing and optimizing formulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the innovation strategy for Derma Care, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Lead the development of new formulations, working closely with the R&D team to ensure that products meet our high standards for quality, safety, and efficacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and technology platform, to ensure that new products are launched on time and within budget.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior scientists, mentoring and developing their skills to ensure the success of the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in skin health, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in formulation development, with a strong background in skin health.
- Proven track record of innovation and leadership, with a strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of formulation development, analytical techniques, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong business acumen, with a ability to understand the commercial implications of R&D decisions.
