PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

The In-House Marketing Specialist is stationed at the Resort and is tasked with promoting local attractions and excursions, inviting eligible customers to participate in a Wyndham presentation in exchange for a reward.

The In-House Marketing Specialist earns a fixed rate for each qualified guest who attends a tour, along with bonuses based on performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Including but not limited to:)


•Promote and sell local attractions and excursions

Invite pre-qualified customers to join a Wyndham presentation Address customer inquiries both in person and over the phone Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and brand Manage telephone inquiries professionally Input client information into the computer system Clarify terms and conditions of bookings Process payments and issue tickets Perform daily miscellaneous tasks as needed Schedule qualified tours according to established guidelines Exhibit professionalism while achieving booth targets Adhere to Best Practice Guidelines and all company policies Deliver the required number of qualified tours to the sales team Provide outstanding customer service to all guests Identify emerging opportunities and develop strategies to leverage them Propose innovative ideas to management that enhance efficiency Handle rejections from prospects with professionalism Transform negative responses into potential opportunities Operate within a structured environment while being creative Represent the company with integrity and professionalism Demonstrate loyalty, self-discipline, and high ethical standards Set personal goals to maximize productivity while minimizing costs Engage positively with diverse individuals, showcasing excellent communication skills. Adhere to the work schedule and punctuality Attend all required training and team meetings Support the company's sales and marketing initiatives Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards the company and colleagues Obtain all necessary licenses and registrations in a timely manner Stay informed about relevant governmental requirements and work permits.
