Continuous Improvement Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Identify opportunities to eliminate waste and optimize processes through data analysis and on-site observations.
- Coordinate resources and lead cross-departmental improvement projects to achieve targeted improvements in metrics.
- Develop and deliver training programs on lean principles and tools to enhance team capabilities.
- Promote and maintain the use of lean tools and related processes to drive cultural development and engagement.
- Support digitalization-related projects to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Lead plant TEOA activities and manage TEOA KPIs to drive business results.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing management in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Adequate problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.
- Proficiency in English.
