Integrated Operations Continuous Improvement Specialist

Role OverviewThe Electronics and Industrial (E&I) Continuous Improvement Resource and Supply Chain Consultant role is a leveraged position that resides in a leveraged Continuous Improvement team within Integrated Operations. The CI team is accountable for defining and leading the implementation of Integrated Operations and Business work processes, improvements, and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Project Leadership in the design and implementation of improvements and best practices across multiple functions and businesses to ensure revenue growth, organizational effectiveness, and/or productivity savings.
- Utilize specialized tools and standard methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) to aid business/manufacturing to identify, develop, implement, and sustain process improvement initiatives.
- Provide coaching and Kaizen event support to our manufacturing sites in implementation of the DuPont Operational Excellence system.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and program execution of the E&I PDL approach (Productivity through Digitally enabled Lean manufacturing).
- Provide guidance and problem-solving through the implementation of Power Apps and current shop floor digital systems.
- Assist in gap analysis and evaluations of the capability of Supply Chains and/or Operations with regard to people, processes, and tools.
- Lead projects and/or workstreams utilizing Lean/Six Sigma to accomplish Supply Chain or Operational improvements and results.
- Support the building of an efficient Supply Chain and/or the execution of a Supply Chain Transformation.
- Lead and/or facilitate efforts driving the standardization of Supply Chain and/or Operational processes, including the integration with business systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related Technical Field.
- 5 years minimum applicable experience in Supply Chain/Manufacturing role.
- Multi-year project/program management experience, with demonstrated proficiency in delivering quality results on-time and in-full, as well as leading diverse teams.
- Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Trained and capable.
- APICS CPIM preferred (in role if not obtained prior).
- ERP competency (SAP / Business Warehouse (BW)).
- Able to demonstrate substantial knowledge and depth in one or more of the following: Continuous Improvement/Program Leadership, Change Management, Digital Transformation, Lean/Kaizen application in manufacturing and/or transactional, SAP/BW, Demand/Supply Planning & Scheduling, Customer Service, Logistics.
Shanghai - however, will consider other China-based locations in immediate proximity to E&I operations.
