Job Title: Production Supervisor - Curing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor - Curing to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing the curing production area to ensure that production volumes meet sequencing requirements and product quality meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Output: Support the production section manager in managing the output of the curing production area to meet requirements by size and on time.
  2. Quality: Reduce scrap from the curing production area by defining measures to achieve targets and carrying out improvements.
  3. People: Carry out actions to maintain and improve the competency of the people in the curing production area.
  4. Efficiency & Cost: Implement actions to improve productive efficiency in the curing production area and contribute to measures to improve process utilization rates and eliminate waste.
  5. 5S/TPM: Implement 5S/TPM activities in the curing production area and ensure sustained performance.

Requirements:

  • College degree with a major in chemistry or machinery
  • At least 2-3 years of manufacturing experience
  • Tire experience in a tire plant or quality department experience preferred
  • Team management experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of machinery, tire process, and quality control
  • Advanced knowledge of ISO & TS, quality problem-solving tools, and good English
