About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Elevator Service Supervisor to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevator services, including daily management, training, and participation in employee selection, on-site training, and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enhance the safety awareness of on-site employees to ensure service quality and job standards.

2. Conduct regular customer visits to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.

3. Guide and supervise on-site maintenance work and other services as per contract specifications.

4. Provide training and development opportunities for on-site employees to enhance their operational skills and service awareness.

5. Ensure customer service quality, manage labor and material costs, and optimize on-site employee maintenance areas.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher; preference given to those with 3+ years of experience or equivalent.

2. Proven experience in leading technical teams.

3. Experience in the elevator industry is a plus.

4. Proficiency in using digital tools to manage teams and products.

5. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and foster a dynamic work environment.
