Sales Optimization Specialist

Your Responsibilities
- Engage with pre-qualified optimization prospects within the designated area.
- Deliver audit findings to clients.
- Prepare sales proposals and ensure follow-up until conversion.
- Drive monthly sales closure initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new channels and partnerships in the region.
- Provide training to field sales personnel, AIRscan installers, and dealers.
- Coordinate with customers, installers, and planners to meet project milestones and ensure execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing.
- Act as the primary liaison with KeepFit SSE and other divisions for lead generation.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years in sales of optimization products related to the compressor industry with demonstrated success.
- Strong understanding of the compressor service sector.
- Knowledge in technical design and business proposals related to compressor systems and thermodynamics.
- Comprehensive understanding of compressed air systems and their applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication abilities and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Solid Edge, AutoCAD, or similar design software.
- Proficiency in English reading and writing is advantageous.
Education
A university degree or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field. Specialization in thermodynamics, automation, or mechanical subjects is preferred.
