What You'll Do

  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers on Wayfair to drive business development conversations.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers via email and phone to ensure a smooth setup process.
  • Collaborate with external partners to source supplier leads and resources.
  • Identify and resolve challenges or trends that impact the Acquisition team's progress.
  • Report on the team's successes and learnings to inform strategy and planning.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the supplier experience.
  • Influence the strategy and planning for the Asia-based Supplier Acquisition team.

What You'll Need

  • 0-2 years of relevant work or internship experience, preferably in an e-commerce organization.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with owners and executives of large companies.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • A highly curious and self-motivated individual who can achieve goals in an unstructured environment.
  • Collaborative by nature, with the ability to build relationships and drive change effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • An analytical thinker who can find answers in data.
  • Ability to 'hit the ground running' and achieve specific targets.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and mindset.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
