Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Assistant in Shanghai.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide settlement support to transactions against customers and financial institutions. This involves scanning transactional documents and tickets to the hub, as well as assisting with local credit reporting system inputs and preparing AML reports and internal payment declaration reports.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for helping to prepare covering letters for Letters of Credit and Documentary Collections, as well as preparing courier tickets and filing daily transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin. A Bachelor's degree (third or fourth year students) or Master's degree (first or second year students) with basic financial knowledge is also required. Furthermore, a minimum GPA above 3 or equivalent is necessary.

Salary and Benefits
