About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Game Producer to join our team at Blizzard Entertainment. As a key member of our Diablo Immortal production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day game development and operations, working closely with internal and external development teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain complex schedules, ensuring timely and successful releases of game content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features, and develop and implement effective game live operations strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Diablo universe, and leverage this expertise to inform game development decisions.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal and external teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Identify and mitigate roadblocks and bottlenecks, and contribute to a positive work environment by organizing team-building initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production role, preferably in mobile game live operations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in both internal and external game development cycles, from concept to post-release.
  • Business-level language fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with teams and partners.
  • Experience with Jira project management tools, and good reporting and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable with frequent domestic travels and occasional international travels.

Plus:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Diablo universe, and experience working on external productions.
  • A real passion for mobile games, and a background in game design, engineering, or art.
