Job Summary

As a Game Producer for Diablo Immortal, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day game development and operations. This includes working with internal and external development teams and partners to ensure the game is delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex schedules to track game development progress.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve roadblocks and bottlenecks.
  • Assist with the creation and tracking of feature submissions and feedback lifecycles.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external teams and partners.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by organizing team-building initiatives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production role.
  • Exceptional knowledge and experience in mobile game live operations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Fluent in both internal and external game development cycles from concept to post-release.
  • Business-level language fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Experience with Jira project management tools.
  • Good at reporting and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Diablo universe.
  • Experience in external production.
  • A real passion for mobile games.
  • Background in game design, engineering, or art.
