Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging science instruction to secondary education students, utilizing the IB framework to enhance the learning experience.
  • Design and prepare lesson plans, lectures, and assessments, while providing tutoring and feedback to students.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to contribute to the continuous improvement of the school's curriculum.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, setting achievable targets to support their academic growth.
  • Offer constructive feedback to students and their families to foster improvement.
  • Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications

  • Possession of Qualified Teacher status with a minimum of three to five years of teaching experience.
  • Capability to instruct one or two science disciplines.
  • Willingness to teach across multiple grade levels.
  • Familiarity with world-class science curricula, including UK and International standards and assessment methods.
  • Ability to address diverse learning needs through differentiated instruction and varied teaching strategies.

  • Competitive monthly salary ranging from 29,000 to 35,000 RMB, based on experience and qualifications.
