Product Operations Senior Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Product Operations to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the Ultrasound business for both Point of Care and Women's Health.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of product specialists to support product development, lifecycle, and release activities.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, scalability, and the development of better solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to stay connected to trends and medical expert opinions in the Greater China market.
- Liaise closely with commercial teams in China to ensure Point of Care and Women's Health Ultrasound products meet market and local customer needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert, reviewing operational workflows, identifying problems, and developing improvements, modifications, and enhancements.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on product operations status, preparing and presenting reports, analysis, and recommendations to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of related product management experience, with a preference for medical device experience and Ultrasound expertise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Able to synthesize market and customer feedback into existing and new products and solutions.
- Comfortable making tradeoffs, decisively, and delivering complex projects to meet demanding feature, cost, quality, and introduction date targets.
- Demonstrable communication skills and ability to lead a cross-functional organization to develop market-leading products/solutions and successful product launches.
