Cyber Security Specialist for Global Threat Management

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our team in China. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the global technology security operations service domains, reporting, and remediating threats and vulnerabilities within the Victrex IT estate.
About the Role:
- Responsible for threat and vulnerability lifecycle management, managing IT-specific cyber security technologies.
- Ensure security technologies are sufficiently documented, patched, available, and have required technical resources.
- Review alerts and data from sensors and document formal, technical incident reports.
- Research emerging threats and vulnerabilities to aid in the identification of network incidents.
- Test new information systems, network equipment before implementation and at frequent intervals to ensure security.
- Perform threat modelling to assess current risk to the organisation.
- Manage and resolve any IT security-related incident and issues, in line with incident management processes.
- Identify and implement security improvements across the IT estate, in line with change management processes. Input into reports, dashboards, metrics.
Requirements:
- Native Chinese speaker with high level of English fluency.
- Previous experience of using Microsoft tools on Cyber Security is preferred.
