IT Security Specialist

As an IT Security Specialist at PUMA, you will be responsible for safeguarding our digital infrastructure from cyber threats. Your mission will be to continuously monitor and evaluate our IT environment for potential security vulnerabilities, implementing measures to prevent, detect, and respond to cyber incidents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement company-wide IT security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead the response to any IT security breaches, including investigation, reporting, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular training sessions for employees on cybersecurity best practices and awareness.
- Ensure all systems are in compliance with industry standards, conducting regular audits to assess the effectiveness of security measures.
- Recommend and implement security enhancements and technologies to strengthen PUMA's IT infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of various information security frameworks.
- Minimum 3 years experience in an IT security role with a solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of firewall management, incident management, and risk assessment.
- Excellent understanding of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.
- Good knowledge of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English (written & oral).
