Job Description

The Global Security Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic security operations to protect Organon's resources, employees, and facilities from internal and external threats. This role will focus on protecting employees from natural and man-made threats, securing Organon's workplaces, and safeguarding the company's trade secrets.

The successful candidate will work closely with matrixed and contract personnel globally, leveraging expertise in anti-counterfeiting, product integrity, crisis management, physical security, and investigation. A strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales, manufacturing, and research operations is also preferred.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate security management
  • Expert knowledge in anti-counterfeiting and product integrity/brand protection
  • Demonstrated experience in crisis management, physical security, and investigation
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role
  • Preferred: 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of pharmaceutical sales, manufacturing, and research operations
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and location. Please note that pay ranges vary by country and market.
