This role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches.

As a Product Manager, you will be accountable for delivering product solutions that are both valuable for customers and viable for Serko. This requires defining strategic priorities, helping others relate to and align with them, and setting product vision and strategy.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with senior members of the product organization to understand and execute product strategies that align with Serko's overarching goals and objectives.
  2. Work with stakeholders to translate product strategies into a detailed product roadmap. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, market demand, and technical feasibility.
  3. Collaborate with design and engineering partners to transform product opportunities into solution options that address customer needs.
  4. Plan and execute product launches in coordination with marketing, sales, and customer support teams, ensuring a seamless go-to-market strategy that highlights the value proposition of the product.
  5. Maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and addressing any potential roadblocks to ensure alignment with the product strategy and business objectives.

What you'll bring to the team

  1. Experience in API integration.
  2. Ability to define strategic priorities and set product vision and strategy.
  3. Product Management experience and an extensive toolbox of modern product discovery practices to draw upon.
  4. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  5. Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience building meaningful, collaborative relationships across all levels of the business.
  6. Experience advocating for a product or service with customers and stakeholders.
  7. Experience fostering an open and collaborative environment.
  8. Experience in the Travel domain is advantageous.
