As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through the execution of product strategies. This role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior members of the product organization to understand and execute product strategies that align with Serko's overarching goals and objectives.
  • Work with stakeholders to translate product strategies into a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, market demand, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering partners to transform product opportunities into solution options that address customer needs.
  • Plan and execute product launches in coordination with marketing, sales, and customer support teams, ensuring a seamless go-to-market strategy that highlights the value proposition of the product.
  • Maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and addressing any potential roadblocks to ensure alignment with the product strategy and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in API integration.
  • Ability to define strategic priorities, helping others relate to and align with them, and set product vision and strategy.
  • Product Management experience and an extensive toolbox of modern product discovery practices to draw upon.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience building meaningful, collaborative relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Experience advocating for a product or service with customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience fostering an open and collaborative environment.
  • Experience in the Travel domain is advantageous.
