Job Description

Job Title: Executive Researcher

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Executive Researcher to join our team at Ipsos. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in client project demand meetings, assisting the project manager in completing the project plan, and translating project questionnaires independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in client project demand meetings to understand project requirements;
  • Assist the project manager in completing the project plan and questionnaire design;
  • Translate the project questionnaire independently;
  • Conduct project training;
  • Be responsible for the progress follow-up and quality control during the project operation;
  • Be responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data report;
  • Prepare report charts;
  • Conduct data analysis and write simple key findings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferred majors: statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing, business analysis, information management, and other market-related or information-related majors;
  • Prior experience in market research industry is preferred;
  • Possess basic knowledge in statistics;
  • Have a certain understanding and knowledge of market research work and research methods;
  • Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, CET-6 or IELTS 6.5 or above, or TOEFL 90 or above;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good computer operating skills, including OFFICE office software;
  • Familiar with statistical software (SPSS, SAS) is preferred;
  • Open-minded, proactive, creative, and able to work hard;
  • Be careful and trustworthy.
