Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Dover Corporation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual engineering services plans, conducting regular inspections of company water, electricity, and building facilities to identify potential hazards and develop maintenance plans to mitigate risks.
  • Organize and track the implementation of maintenance and repair plans, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained and functioning within safety standards.
  • Establish and maintain accurate records of equipment, tools, and maintenance activities, including critical spare parts and replacement schedules.
  • Conduct regular analyses of facility condition, equipment performance, and energy consumption, providing recommendations for improvements and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repair services, developing and managing relationships to optimize service quality and cost.
  • Coordinate and supervise external engineering projects, including contract management, quality control, and budget tracking.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in electrical work, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair, with a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Valid electrical certification or equivalent.
Work Arrangement:

This is an onsite position.
