About the Role

HSBC is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Finance Manager. This role will be responsible for managing revenues and expenses, ensuring accurate financial information, and maintaining effective communication within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage revenues and expenses, ensuring timely and accurate financial information.
  • Oversee treasury management, including accounts receivable and collection.
  • Maintain accurate and effective communication of financial information within the company.
  • Support project and ad-hoc requirements related to finance functions.

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

  • Academic knowledge in Finance, Accountancy, or related discipline.
  • CPA or ACCA holder preferred.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in financial/accounting area, especially in accounting and regulatory reporting, accounts receivable, and treasury.
  • Experience with ERP System and familiarity with finance functions.
  • Result-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Skills

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work autonomously, and maintain good self-discipline.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills, ability to manage massive volumes of data, and be proactive in work process improvement.
  • Good verbal and business communication skills, in both Chinese and English.
  • Proven record in handling business relationships and a strong customer service drive.
