**Job Summary**

911Signal is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our product launch initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to launch new products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and long-term business plans, including projected financial outcomes and key performance indicators.
  • Lead and manage the overall performance of new product launches, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Provide guidance and support to product managers and project managers to prepare and execute quarterly action plans to achieve annual business objectives.
  • Responsible for new product strategy development, launch preparation, and implementation, including market positioning, pricing, and promotion.
  • Actively coach and partner with direct reports to build and implement their development plans, conduct performance appraisal discussions, and foster communication and key competency development.
  • Responsible for organization evolution plans to build a strong marketing team with high effectiveness, precise strategy, and execution, and work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in people management and leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving team performance.
  • Strong oral and written English communication/presentation skills, with excellent communication and influencing skills essential for working in a complex global matrixed environment.
  • High passion and entrepreneurship, with a willingness to take calculated risks and drive innovation.
