We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Manager at Shangri-La.
About the Role:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 5-star international hotel.
- Enjoys planning, organizing, and problem-solving, with a creative and open-minded approach.
- Communicates and writes fluently in English.
- Is willing to work shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Manager at Shangri-La, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Developing and implementing service standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Monitoring and improving service quality, guest satisfaction, and staff performance.
