Job Title: Senior Accountant, Revenue

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Senior Accountant to support our Global Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will have excellent accounting knowledge and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain internal controls to ensure accurate transaction recording and billing to customers, adhering to internal commercial policies and GAAP.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Accounting to reconcile Fapiaos, invoices, and client charges.
  • Review client statement records for completeness and accuracy.
  • Work with customers to determine proper billing requirements and send accurate billing documents in a timely manner.
  • Contact customers for overdue payments and instruct Accounting for proper cash application.
  • Identify deviations from account receivable and bad debt across the Greater China business, and provide relevant reports for key stakeholders.
  • Assist with other administrative and accounting duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Accounting experience, with working knowledge of accounts receivable, billing, and collection processes.
  • Experience working with multinational enterprises is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and verbal is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment with a small team.
  • Strong attention to detail to drive excellence.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Great Plains and Salesforce is a plus.
