Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Take and confirm reservations and cancellations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and hotel performance
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent guest service and high-quality work

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience and supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
