MPS is seeking a highly motivated individual to drive our business development and new product strategy. This role will collaborate with field and factory application engineers, sales, engineering, and marketing communications teams to ensure the timely and successful launch of new products into the marketplace. Key responsibilities include:
- Business development and growth
- New product definition and development
- Pricing and market analysis
- Competitive analysis and market research
- Customer engagement and product promotion
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Q&A and customer support
- New product launch and go-to-market strategies
- Up to 50% travel, both domestic and international (Europe and Asia)
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing or product definition within an Analog IC Company
- Power management background is essential
- Strong background in defining products and product discovery
- Experience with DC/DC converters, power modules, switch-mode power supplies, and/or multiphase voltage regulators
- Telecom or networking application background is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- BSEE or equivalent required
Location:
San Jose, CA (Preferred), China, or Europe
MPS offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health care coverage, dental and vision, 401(K), Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), up to 11 company-paid holidays, and days of paid time off depending on tenure, generous discretionary company bonuses, and life and disability protection. Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $165,000 - $210,000.
