Key Responsibilities:

General Legal Support Duties:


  • Draft and submit intricate legal documents and projects within specialized areas.
  • Independently create correspondence for legal representatives.
  • Analyze communications from inventors and external parties, applying knowledge of various jurisdictions to identify critical dates and requirements; determine which communications to escalate to the appropriate legal representatives.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of legal matters.
  • Obtain necessary signatures and authorizations for documentation.
  • Liaise with internal business clients and external partners as required within the area of expertise.
- Contract Management:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex business agreements in collaboration with business units.
  • Evaluate and approve intricate contracts (e.g., supply agreements, employment contracts, NDAs).
- Litigation Support:

  • Assist legal representatives in managing litigation and internal discovery processes.
  • Implement litigation holds as necessary.
  • Respond to legal subpoenas.
- Additional Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years of related experience required or
9 years of relevant work experience required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Professional certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal relationship management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Comprehensive understanding of company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to legal matters.
  • In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations, and procedures relevant to the industry.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to collaborate effectively within a team, including cross-departmental teams.
  • Ability to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders on significant matters requiring coordination.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols, ensuring the protection of the environment and the well-being of all personnel.
