Infrastructure Financing Expert with Strong Capital Markets Background

As a member of the Strategy, Policy and Budget (SPB) Department at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank AIIB, you will play a critical role in shaping the bank's nonsovereign-backed financing strategies and policies. The SPB department is responsible for developing and implementing the bank's strategic agenda, as well as overseeing compliance with operational policies and procedures for infrastructure investment operations.
**Responsibilities**
- You will work closely with the SPB Policy Unit to develop, update, and implement relevant operational policies and guidance for various financing modalities and instruments, aligning with the AIIB's Corporate Strategy ambitions and objectives.
- You will review and analyze NSBF projects, assessing their financial and operational viability, policy compliance, and value addition across a wide array of infrastructure financing aligned with AIIB's mandate and Corporate Strategy.
- You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote knowledge of sustainability finance and good practices of NSBF by MDBs, staying updated on emerging trends in nonsovereign financing.
**Requirements**
- A Master's Degree in Finance or related fields is required, along with minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience in capital markets, advisory, and research in an international financial institution, preferably in Asia.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary scenarios with debt, equity, derivative, and credit products in multiple sectors and industries across a wide geographical area throughout Asia is essential.
- You should have extensive experience with regulators in both banking and capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of credit markets from an industry standpoint and nonsovereign ratings view.
