Head of HR Operations

We are looking for a highly skilled and seasoned HR professional to take on the role of HR Director. In this position, you will be responsible for steering and managing all facets of human resources at our manufacturing and R&D site. Your leadership will be crucial in developing and executing effective HR strategies that align with the overarching goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Development: Formulate and implement HR strategies that support the business objectives, ensuring they are in harmony with global HR policies. Talent Acquisition and Management: Supervise the recruitment process to attract and retain top-tier talent. Design and execute onboarding, training, and development initiatives to boost employee performance and engagement. Performance Management: Create and manage performance evaluation systems, including goal setting and career development plans. Offer support to managers in conducting performance assessments and resolving performance-related challenges. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and nurturing a supportive work environment. Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management on HR matters. Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensuring adherence to local labor laws. HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, generate HR reports, and provide insights to facilitate informed decision-making. Employee Engagement: Initiate programs to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive organizational culture, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace. Policy Development and Compliance: Create and update HR policies in line with local labor laws, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment regulations.

Qualifications:

Extensive HR leadership experience with a minimum of 10 years in HR management and development. A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution; a Master's degree is preferred. Demonstrated success in change management within a manufacturing environment, with the ability to thrive in an agile organization. Strong judgment and innovative problem-solving skills. A balanced approach of strategic and hands-on execution to achieve results, coupled with strong business acumen. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; the ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, and adaptable. Proficient in facilitation, conflict resolution, coaching, talent acquisition, compensation, and training. Exceptional persuasion and leadership skills to build consensus on organizational strategies and policies amidst ongoing change. Adept at collaborating with corporate management and navigating a complex organizational structure. Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills. A collaborative team player who can build consensus while also making decisive choices when necessary.
