Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Marriott International. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and serve them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all guests have a clean and well-set table, and that their needs are met throughout their meal.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all guests receive excellent service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a server role.
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
