About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Siemens Gamesa. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our suppliers and products, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate their quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and technology teams to develop and implement quality requirements and specifications.
  • Design and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and non-conformances, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the quality skills and knowledge of suppliers and internal teams.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in quality management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and APQP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex quality-related issues.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
