Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Supplier Quality communications with Logistics, Procurement, Engineering, and Pre-assembly facilities regarding Transportation and Lifting Equipment components.
Main Duties:
- Supplier and product qualification processes
- Lead investigations into quality issues and facilitate resolutions
- Maintain the supplier database
- Execute Supplier Improvement Plans (SIP)
Essential Functions:
- Evaluate and authorize suppliers
- Coordinate product qualifications and approvals
- Enhance supplier performance and promote continuous improvement
- Implement processes for managing complaints
