Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and implement curriculum frameworks that meet the needs of our students and align with our educational goals.
  • Teacher Support: Provide guidance and support to teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to succeed.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and implement assessment and evaluation tools to measure student progress and inform instructional decisions.
  • Parent Communication: Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and involve them in the educational process.
  • Staff Development: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement professional development opportunities that enhance teaching and learning.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Oversee the implementation of curriculum changes and ensure that teachers are equipped to deliver new programs.
  • Student Support: Provide support to students who require additional help or have special needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in curriculum development and teaching.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
  • Qualifications: Eligible to apply for a working visa.
