Unlock New Opportunities as a Business Development Specialist

At Huatai Securities, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and sales growth in the fintech and retail business sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and drive sales growth in the fintech and retail business sectors;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with local businesses and organizations;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local partners and industry leaders;
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition;
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed;
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and corporate governance practices.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business or a related field;
  • At least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the fintech or financial services industry;
  • Strong understanding of the fintech and retail business sectors, including market trends and customer needs;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
