Key Responsibilities


Identify and pursue potential customers to provide tailored retail banking and wealth management solutions that meet their needs.

Manage and follow up on sales leads to explore referral opportunities.

Collaborate with Segment Specialists to organize marketing activities, customer events, and channel events to explore new business opportunities.

Work with the PBM/PBO/ARO Team to deliver Hang Seng's wealth management solutions and banking services to target customers in an efficient and effective manner to maintain the customer base they bring to the bank.

Ensure adherence to Group's internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit findings together with any issues raised by external regulators.

Implement compliance and risk control measures to minimize business operation risk exposures.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding our RBWM products and services in a timely and appropriate manner.

Promote awareness of high standard service quality and professional practices.

Requirements


2-3 years' experience in sales or marketing.

Knowledge of retail banking business and services, with a good understanding of local customers.

Strong business development sense and good service orientation, out-going and aggressive personality, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure.

Basic reading and writing skills in English, with general knowledge of PC application software.
