Senior Business Development Manager

Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited Shenzhen Branch - K17 is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Seller Consultant to join its China team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and e-commerce, with a proven track record of success in expanding businesses into new markets.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the onboarding of new marketplaces for CN sellers, providing necessary business guidance and removing potential barriers.
- Ensure sellers adopt internal tools related to logistics, traffic driving, and business report analysis to better grow their business.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences and participate in initiatives to improve internal teams' efficiencies and external customer and seller experiences.
- Handle key strategic accounts and famous brands with complex business needs.
- 5+ years of KA management experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record of success in client communication or product/service sales roles.
- Experience with pipeline management skills using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Experience with e-commerce or retail would be an advantage.
- Experience influencing and organizing others, whether in a direct management capacity or through experience managing projects.
- Emerging market related working experience.
