Senior Business Development Manager

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Seller Consultant to join its China team, focusing on expanding CN Sellers' business to new marketplaces. The primary objective of this role is to provide facilitation to CN sellers, enabling them to quickly onboard new marketplaces by offering necessary business guidance and removing potential barriers.
You will be responsible for ensuring our Sellers adopt our internal tools, related to logistics, traffic driving, business report analysis, etc., to better grow their business with us, and provide the best possible experiences to our end customers. Additionally, you will participate in/or lead initiatives/projects with cross-function teams to improve both internal teams' efficiencies and external Customer and Seller experiences, such as Seller quality, Seller onboarding, and delivery experiences.
Key responsibilities include handling key strategic accounts and famous brands, which tend to have much more business complexities than normal Sellers. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Shanghai, Shenzhen.
Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of KA management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
- Bachelor degree or above
- Experience in independently analyzing & solving problems
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Demonstrated track record of success in client communication or product/service sales roles
- Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience with e-commerce or retail would be an advantage
- Experience influencing and organizing others, whether in a direct management capacity or through experience managing projects
- Have emerging market related working experience
- Strong willingness to learn new things preferred
