Wealth Management Business Lead, Singapore

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating the onboarding process for Private Wealth Management clients, including client interactions and the collection of KYC documentation.
  • Coordinating pre-trade compliance checks and executing investment orders across various asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, and Structured Products with the Hong Kong dealing team.
  • Assisting the Sales team in identifying potential local clients and creating tailored marketing materials.
  • Serving as the primary local contact for client maintenance inquiries.
  • Managing trade bookings and providing comprehensive trade support services to the Singapore team.
  • Overseeing the reconciliation process for trades within front and back office systems, addressing any trade or settlement discrepancies that may arise.
  • Collaborating closely with team members, including Relationship Managers, the Hong Kong trading team, and local finance and compliance departments to ensure seamless trade operations.
  • Contributing to the preparation of business management reports.
  • Engaging in ad hoc projects, including gathering business system requirements and conducting testing from a Singapore perspective.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg, advanced Excel functions, and trading execution systems.
  • A degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A collaborative team player who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and diligent.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across regions.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese; proficiency in Cantonese is advantageous.
  • A quick learner with strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and developing logical solutions to meet business needs.
