Summary

As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services at all times, ensuring that our brand promise is consistently met. This includes greeting guests warmly, implementing consistent guest recognition programs, and maintaining accurate guest history databases.

Responsibilities

  1. Deliver exceptional guest services, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  2. Assist in implementing consistent guest recognition programs to foster long-term relationships with our guests.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest history databases to provide personalized services.
  4. Support Front Office operations to ensure seamless guest flow and efficient check-in/check-out processes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in using technology to enhance the guest experience.
