·Ensure that all Front Office associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest services at all times.

·Assists in greeting guests in Front Office.

·Assist to implement consistent guest recognition programs and maintains a relevant guest history database.

·Personally and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible service.

·Support the Front Office operations and ensure warm welcome of all guests to the Front Office.

· Should be present in the Front Office as much as possible. The positioning in the Front Office depends on the flow of guests and business levels.
