Investment Banking Analyst

Primary Responsibilities
- Support senior managers in origination activities: preparing financial statements, analysis of mergers & acquisitions, valuation analysis for major corporations.
- Involved in execution activities: data gathering, analysis, material preparation, managing standard processes, deal documentation.
- Builds valuation models based on financial research & analysis: comparable company analysis, discounted cash flow analysis, comparable acquisitions analysis.
- Prepares analytical materials to support credit, compliance, engagement committee, balance sheet approvals.
- Conducts corporate operations reviews, portfolio analytic reviews, risk/return valuations.
- Gathers market share data, shareholder, investor profiles.
Required Skills & Experience
- Results-driven, able to perform under pressure, tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, numerical skills with financial data.
- Proven team player, effectively interact with internal groups, clients.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Microsoft Office suite (Excel required), financial reporting skills.
Education
- Undergraduate degree; finance, business, accounting, economics, mathematics preferred.
Languages
- Fluency in Mandarin strongly desired.
