Creative Strategy Lead

The Creative Strategy Lead is responsible for guiding and overseeing the interdisciplinary creation of cutting-edge and captivating digital solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate, brainstorm, and conceptualize comprehensive campaign strategies with the creative team. Establish and steer the overarching creative vision across various disciplines to bring concepts to fruition. Proactively identify challenges and implement effective resolutions. Deliver presentations clearly and succinctly to clients. Assume full responsibility for timely project deliverables and meticulously crafted designs that adhere to client specifications and standards. Consistently present work to the Creative Director/Executive Creative Director prior to all internal meetings and client engagements. Actively mentor and develop the skills of team members. Ensure all creative output aligns with client branding guidelines and visual standards. Represent and articulate AKQA's creative philosophy, methodologies, and capabilities to both current and prospective clients, as well as across all internal departments. Stay informed about the latest design trends and industry advancements. Inspire and lead fellow creatives within the department.

QUALIFICATIONS

Over 7 years of experience in relevant creative fields. An exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of creative work. A strong foundation in one or more creative disciplines (such as design, art direction, interaction design, copywriting, motion graphics, or creative development). Superior creative skills with a focus on concept development. Proven ability to lead a diverse team across all creative areas. Capacity to identify innovative approaches to problem-solving. Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Team-oriented and self-driven. Understanding of web development principles and processes. Demonstrate a professional, articulate, and mature demeanor in all team and client interactions. Ability to direct photographers, illustrators, producers, sound designers, directors, and external vendors as necessary.
