Investment Director, Global Deep Tech, Growth Equity

We are seeking a seasoned Investment Director to join our team at King Deux Search & Consulting. As a key member of our global investment team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating growth-stage investment opportunities in the deep tech sector worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough due diligence, including market analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and co-investors globally.
- Lead negotiations and structuring of investment transactions, aligning with our global investment strategy.
- Monitor and support portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance to enhance growth and value.
- Collaborate with the investment team to develop and refine global investment strategies and processes.
- Represent the firm at international industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment banking, with a focus on growth-stage investments in the deep tech sector.
- A proven track record of successful investments in growth-stage companies across various regions.
- A strong understanding of the global tech landscape and emerging trends in deep tech, including sectors such as semiconductors, biotechnology, artificial intelligence, advanced materials, and robotics.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience working within the tech industry is advantageous.
